Executive summary

The GoEV solar-map interface is dataset-driven and ready for sourced geographic observations. It deliberately displays no fabricated points while the licensed source import is pending.

Key findings

  • Map points come only from imported source coordinates.
  • Filtering and pagination happen on the server so large datasets are not loaded into the browser.
  • The dataset retains source, version, date, units, methodology and licence information.

Overview

Pakistan Solar Potential Map

This page connects to the generic GoEV Research dataset explorer. When licensed source rows are available it supports server-side location search, sorting, pagination, CSV export and coordinate-based visualization for province, district, city, GHI, PVOUT, optimum tilt and other documented source fields.

The map never generates geographic values. Its empty state is intentional until an authorized Global Solar Atlas Pakistan export is imported, attributed and reviewed. This preserves the distinction between an available visualization system and unavailable source observations.

Methodology

Render only reviewed rows from the Pakistan Solar Dataset. Search and filters query the paginated API; visualization uses the returned coordinates without creating or shifting locations.

Limitations

No choropleth or location values can be displayed until licensed geographic observations are imported. Coordinate points are not administrative boundaries.

Conclusion

The visualization and update architecture is complete; the source file remains the only prerequisite for publishing solar-resource points.
