By creating an account or using GOEV.pk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What GOEV.pk is
GOEV.pk is a marketplace and information platform connecting buyers with private sellers, dealers, installers, charging operators and other verified EV-ecosystem businesses across Pakistan. We are not a party to the sale between a buyer and a seller unless explicitly stated.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and when listing a vehicle, product or business.
4. Listings and conduct
Listings must be accurate, lawful and for goods or services you have the right to sell. We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or refuse service for fraud, misrepresentation, spam, or violation of these terms, at our discretion.
5. Payments and orders
Where checkout is available directly on GOEV.pk, order and payment details are handled as described at checkout. Financing and insurance offers shown on the platform are provided by third-party partners; GOEV.pk is not the lender or insurer.
6. Limitation of liability
GOEV.pk is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the condition of vehicles or products, or the conduct of any buyer, seller or partner. To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, GOEV.pk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GOEV.pk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
