When you create a GOEV.pk account, list a vehicle or product, place an order, or contact us, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, business details (if you register as a seller), listing content, and order and payment records. We also collect technical information automatically — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited — to keep the platform secure and working correctly.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate your account, process orders and payments, show you relevant listings, verify sellers and businesses, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable Pakistani law.
3. Sharing
We share order details with the relevant buyer or seller so a transaction can be completed, and with payment or finance/insurance partners you choose to engage with. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Your rights
You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account settings, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us at our contact page. We retain records required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes for as long as necessary after account closure.
